Report abuse or a safety issue
If you encounter harassment, spam, impersonation, or any content or behavior that violates our Terms of Service, please report it so our Trust & Safety team can act.
- In-app reporting. Use the overflow menu (the “···” icon) on any post, profile, or conversation and choose Report. In-app reporting is available on both the web and mobile apps.
- Email fallback. If you cannot use in-app reporting, email support@unibuzz.ai with a description of the issue and any relevant links or screenshots.
We review every report promptly - reports involving an imminent risk to safety are prioritized.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your UniBuzz account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- On the web. Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
- On mobile. Open Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
- Email fallback. If you cannot access your account, email privacy@unibuzz.ai from the address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request.
Once deletion is confirmed, your personal data is anonymized within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain.
